A Beautiful TULIP that has withered away(part 3)

Hi friends,

I am sure that you all are doing great and I pray for all the love and happiness in your lives. I was watching the video of “AMAN KI AASHA” a TIMES of INDIA and THE DAWN initiative. A must watch video.This is a great intiative taken by these two media groups. I love the lines “ Utho Kabadi-2 khelenge sarhado par, jo aaye abk to laut k phir na jaye koi” . I am waitng for that day when this will become true and I hope millions of Indians and Pakistanis also waiting for same.

Now let me come to the main issue. So last time I wrote another part of the love story of RAHUL and SANJANA. Sometimes I feel that I would develop some writing skills till the time this story ends.From the feedback I got I found that people are liking this story to some extent. So , I am here with an another part.

Last time I told you How RAHUL proposed SANJANA in front of so many people. This was an amazing moment for both of them.Almost 5 years have gone and now comes to the day which is very special for RAHUL. This is the Birthday of SANJANA. He was very excited for this day since months ago. RAHUL did a beautiful thing which SANJANA never imagined.Now I tell you what did he exactly do?

It is her birthday today and he has recreated the whole environment again of their first meeting. He chooses the same place where they met first time with more or less the same people and all were wearing exactly the same dresses. Now the scene is like this……..

Lights are diminishing. SANJANA comes with her friends and she has no idea about anything. She is very surprised and suddenly she hears the same music of violin and when she turns she sees RAHUL is standing just behind her and playing the same song which he played years ago.

Song finishes and rahul says………..

RAHUL: (To SANJANA) Hi, My name is RAHUL, Naam to suna hi hoga.

SANJANA : Hmmm, My name is SANJANA but tumne ye naam nahi suna hoga. (They both smile and hug each other) .

SANJANA: So sweet RAHUL, I never imagined that this all would happen to me. This is one of the most beautiful day of my life.I am so happy u can’t even imagine.Thanx

RAHUL: don’t say thnx , I did not do this for you, I did it for myself. I am happy because you are smiling.

SANJANA: (smiles) Thnx

Then she cuts the cake and party begins. Now everyone has gone and there are only 4 people left. SANJANA asks RAHUL for her gift .

RAHUL: (Gives her a box)  This is my gift for you . It’s not very expensive , I hope You like it.

SANJANA opens the box and founds some pieces of paper in it(Some 365 pieces of paper.).she looks confused.

RAHUL: is box me wo sari yaaden hai jo pichle ek saal me humne ek sath bitai hain aur ye yadden is dibbe me hamesha tumhare sath rahengi.I put memories from each of the 365 days previous to your birthday today. I hope you like it.

SANJANA opens the first chit and finds something written on it “ You don’t like rain but you enjoyed it with me”. She opens some more chits and finds some other experiences. There are tears in her eyes and she is smiling.

This was the best day of their life for both of them.
